The result of the discussion was move post to Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2009 January 15#Category:Kosovar people and redirected there. If you feel the redirect should be deleted, the correct venue would be RfD. The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 22:27, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

- Delete - It's hard to understand what's going on here, but it seems like someone complaining that a CFD didn't go their way. No reason not to remove; provides nothing and is an inappropriate use of WP: namespace. Achowat (talk) 12:56, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
- Don't simply delete. It is a fair post. It is in a weird place. Move it somewhere. Maybe WT:CfD. Maybe its authors talkpage. I see that he is banned for another couple of months. The nominator is still expected to notify him. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 13:13, 20 June 2012 (UTC)

Delete - User:MickMacNee created the page[1] and has been banned from editing Wikipedia by the Arbitration Committee unti 4 August 2012, at which time the ban becomes an indefinite ban until such time as he demonstrates to the Committee that he is no longer a threat to the collaborative nature of the project. The information on the page doesn't seem bad, so I would not object to moving it to User:MickMacNee/Change in consensus on Northern Ireland per SmokeyJoe and tagged with {{Essay}} if it does not counter the purpose behind the user being banned by the Arbitration Committee. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 12:01, 25 June 2012 (UTC)Move Per Cunard's move suggestion below. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 08:23, 11 July 2012 (UTC) - Keep MickMacNee (talk · contribs) cited the post at the link in his CfD nomination at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2009 January 15#Category:Kosovar people. - SmokeyJoe's suggestion is a good guideline. However, it is unsound in this case because the user talk page is fully protected and because of Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/MickMacNee#MickMacNee banned (1 year, then indefinitely). Because MickMacNee cannot participate in the discussion (without engaging in sockpuppetry or requesting a user to engage in WP:PROXYING for him), notification of him is not required before this MfD comes to a conclusion. - I maintain that MickMacNee should be notified before his then valid contribution gets deleted. Whether this is purely for procedural record keeping, or for his talk page watchers, or in the expectation that he may be soon welcomed backed, or erring on the side of politeness, is not the point.
